Active games for kids on Nintendo Switch 2: abstract cyan and coral figures dancing and jumping; editorial illustration, not a game screenshot.
Ranking guide

The best active Nintendo Switch 2 games for kids

Just Dance 2026 Edition leads at 85.3, now that dated Malaysian prices (RM156–179) let its value be scored; Nintendo Switch Sports is second at 78.5. Both reviewers judged Just Dance+ optional: the 40 base songs play offline once downloaded, and the wider catalogue after the included month has no ringgit price. Since 27 September 2026 each score includes release recency at 10%, so newer games gain: Fitness Boxing 3 (July 2026) rises to third and Jump Rope Challenge (2020) falls to last. Stock is not a factor: both Just Dance listings were sold out on 27 September. This correction removes retail availability from every score while retaining the original movement, replay, hardware-compatibility and household judgments.

Wireless mice in Malaysia: an editorial illustration of one generic, logo-free computer mouse drawn in dark blue on a navy background. Not a photograph and not a depiction of any real mouse.

Best wireless mouse in Malaysia

Logitech MX Master 4 is the best wireless mouse for everyday use in Malaysia, at 74.9/100 and RM399. It is quiet, well built, has excellent scroll wheels and runs for weeks per charge (one review charged it after 62 days of 8-hour workdays), but it is large, heavy and right-handed. The Keychron M6 8K All Silent is second at 67.5 (RM319), and the MX Anywhere 3S third at 66.3, the small-hand and travel pick. The MX Master 3S is fourth at 65.9, and the Signature M650 (RM137), fifth at 64.5, remains the budget pick; the G304 X Superlight (RM299), the newest mouse here, is sixth at 63.9 and the light Bluetooth pick.

The best smartwatch in 2026

The Apple Watch Ultra 4 is the better watch. The Ultra 3 at RM3,199 is the better buy. A three-model panel puts the Ultra 4 first at 87.4 against the Ultra 3's 83.0 on six criteria — the reverse of the single-model result, and what both outside reviewers argued for. With release recency, 10% of each score since 27 September 2026, they stand at 88.6 and 79.6, the Ultra 3 now third . It is still not a separation: the widest panellist disagreement is 8 points on the Ultra 4 and 12 on the Ultra 3 , and the 4.4 between them sits inside both; the extra gap recency adds is a year of age, not measured quality .

The best flagship smartphone in 2026

The iPhone 18 Pro Max, at RM5,999. Three models scoring all fourteen phones in the catalog put it first at 93.7 on six criteria, 1.6 ahead of the 18 Pro; with release recency, 10% of each score since 27 September 2026, it scores 94.2, 1.4 ahead . It now carries the narrowest disagreement on the slate at 6 points . That is the closest thing to a settled result on this page — and 1.6 is still not a separation.

Best TV in Malaysia

LG G6 remains the highest-scoring all-round TV here after value is reassessed without stock or delivery effects. Since 27 September 2026 scores include release recency at 10%, so newer sets gain: the TCL C7L holds fourth alone, and Sony's 2025 BRAVIA 8 II shares fifth with three 2026 sets. TCL C7L stays ahead of LG B6 and Samsung QN80H under the unchanged weights, mainly on brightness rather than brand. Availability is only a filter; regional app functionality and dated price remain separate product facts.

The best 4:3-format foldable phone in 2026

The iPhone Duo. It leads by 0.9 points, against a Xiaomi panel spread of 13 , and it is the only one of the three that is both the top score and a phone you can own here. Behind it the Xiaomi 18 Fold leads the Galaxy Z Fold8 by 3.1 points — inside the Xiaomi's own 13-point spread, so not a separation either — and they are separated by everything else: the Samsung is RM7,099 today with a local warranty, the Xiaomi is a China-only import with no published Malaysian price and no Google Play .

handheld fans

Best handheld mini fan in Malaysia

Dyson HushJet Mini Cool leads at 73.0, ahead of the Jisulife Pro1 Mini (69.3) and Ultra2 (69.0), because release recency, 10% of each score since 27 September 2026, favours the two 2026 models over the 2025 Ultra2. On the six performance criteria alone, Ultra2 and Dyson remain the leading alternatives in this comparison of Jisulife and Dyson handhelds. Choose by endurance, weight and support. Life9S remains unresolved: a noise score above about 70 out of 100 would put it first. That is a bound, not a prediction.

Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer Gen 2 is a useful fitting benchmark for short hands-free capture and calls. Oakley Meta HSTN, Rokid Style and Meta Adventurer are worth considering for different fit or ecosystem preferences, but this research does not establish an overall Malaysian buying winner. Exact offers, regional features and support can change the decision.

The Sony WF-1000XM6 and the AirPods Pro 3 are level at the top: 84.6 and 84.4. On the three-model panel's six criteria the AirPods Pro 3 led at 85.5, with the narrowest disagreement on the page at 6 points ; release recency, 10% of each score since 27 September 2026, lifts the newer Sony (February 2026) past it by 0.2 . The AirPods Pro 3 at RM859 is the cheapest of the top three and leads three of the six criteria — comfort, microphone and value ; the Sony leads noise cancellation.

Keychron Q1 Ultra has the highest retained mechanical score, but its last local listing was sold out. Consider Apple’s Magic Keyboard with Touch ID and Numeric Keypad if you prefer low-profile keys on an Apple-silicon Mac. Apple is sixth under the retained rubric, which rewards customisation; your switch preference and Mac compatibility still matter.

Lightweight phones in Malaysia — an editorial illustration of one generic, logo-free phone slab beside a feather, not an actual phone.
smartphones

Best lightweight phone in Malaysia

The Samsung Galaxy S26 is the best light phone sold officially in Malaysia: 167 g, seven years of updates and RM3,999 on promotion, scoring 67.0 out of 100. The Honor Magic8 Pro Air scores highest, 75.5, and weighs only 155 g, but it is a China-only import with no update promise. The Galaxy S25 is lighter, at 162 g, and scores higher on quality than the S26 at the same price; it ranks lower only because it is a year older. On a budget, the Tecno Pova Slim 5G is the lightest phone sold officially here, at 156 g and RM939, but no seller confirmed stock at the check.

The best Mandarin films and series on Netflix Malaysia

Born for the Spotlight (75.9), a 2024 Taiwanese series about women in show business, and A Sun (75.2), the 2019 Golden Horse best film, lead, less than a point apart. Fourteen of the top 20 are Taiwanese, and every one was confirmed streaming on Netflix Malaysia on 27 September 2026. The long mainland dramas many viewers know, such as The Untamed and Pursuit of Jade, rank far lower: neither won a major award, and each asks 30 hours or more.
