The Apple Watch Ultra 4 is the better watch. The Ultra 3 at RM3,199 is the better buy. A three-model panel puts the Ultra 4 first at 87.4 against the Ultra 3's 83.0 on six criteria — the reverse of the single-model result, and what both outside reviewers argued for. With release recency, 10% of each score since 27 September 2026, they stand at 88.6 and 79.6, the Ultra 3 now third . It is still not a separation: the widest panellist disagreement is 8 points on the Ultra 4 and 12 on the Ultra 3 , and the 4.4 between them sits inside both; the extra gap recency adds is a year of age, not measured quality .
