With effect from 1 January 2022, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Securities) is the relevant authority for the registration of prospectuses in respect of listings of corporations on the ACE Market (ACE Market prospectuses). You should refer to the website of Bursa Securities for ACE Market prospectuses published in connection with applications for registration of ACE Market prospectuses submitted to Bursa Securities from 1 January 2022.

Any application for registration of ACE Market prospectuses submitted to the SC prior to 1 January 2022 shall continue to be registered by the SC and be published here for comments from the public.
